The hotel had a nice Christmas decoration and the staff was friendly. The room was big and had a comfortable bed to sleep on. The location was also convenient, as it was close to a shopping center and easy to find transportation.
The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and we found some hairs on the floor.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch and everything was in working order. The staff also made sure to clean our rooms daily and refill any necessary items. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious rooms that provided ample space for our group. Additionally, the proximity to Impact Arena was a major advantage for us, as we were attending a concert there. The hotel is also cheaper compared to others in the area, which was a bonus. The staff, particularly the second person we spoke to, were friendly and helpful. Their helpful attitude made our stay more enjoyable. Lastly, the location near Don Muang airport was convenient for our travel plans.

This place is perfect for a concert at Impact Arena. Friendly staff, fair prices, clean rooms, and daily housekeeping. Spacious and close to the arena. English-speaking front desk staff. Good wifi in the lobby.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and reasonably priced. the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel was conveniently located near the event we attended. the Wifi worked well.
The cleanliness was lacking, especially in the bathrooms. some of the taxi drivers we used were not familiar with the area and had difficulty finding the hotel.
